This document explains what kind of information is collected through the bory.ch website, how and for what purpose it is collected and used.
The bory.ch website and direct mail sent by e-mail to Bory & Cie clients or persons interested in Bory & Cie’s services may contain links to third party websites. Bory & Cie has no influence on the way in which the latter manage the client data collected on their websites. For any questions please contact them directly. Bory & Cie accepts no responsibility with regard to the respect of data protection provisions by these partners.
By using the bory.ch site, you accept the way collected data is processed, in accordance with the principles and for the purposes mentioned below.
1. DATA COLLECTION AND STORAGE
When visits are made to the bory.ch website, Bory & Cie may collect and record the following data:
– data from use of the website (pages loaded, for example),
– non-personal data linked to procedures relating to the use of the site (addresses linked to internet protocols, IP addresses, etc.),
– personal data and other data communicated by visitors who fill out a form or take part in a competition, survey and similar operations on the bory.ch site,

2. COOKIES

Personal data can be used to provide clients or other people with information and offers that may be of interest to them, mainly in the form of email or text message.
Anyone solicited in this way may request not to receive such forms of advertising by unsubscribing from the newsletter, emails or SMS service.
5. WEBSITE HOSTING
The bory.ch website is hosted in Switzerland and is managed by Procab Studio, Geneva. All necessary measures have been taken with our partner to guarantee the confidentiality and security of the information that passes through it.
Bory & Cie reserves the right to modify the current data protection provisions at any time.
